When Blazo Gjorev moved to the United States in 2002, he got a temporary job as a truck driver. Then, finally, there were chances for him to move around and learn a new language. Blazo Gjorev started his first transportation business in 2005. It quickly became one of the biggest in the Chicago area.

In 2009, Blazo Gjorev bought the United States' most well-known refrigerated freight service. At the time, the business was having trouble making money. However, the company's finances and reputation were back on track with him. A cold-chain freight company in the United States bought this vehicle.

During 2012 and 2013, the team learned how optimization, purchasing power, and scale affected small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) competing for market share. As a result, Gjorev started his first company to sell trucks and trailers. He later added finance, insurance, and consulting to his business. Blazo Gjorev told the New York Times that his work had helped more than 350 trucking companies, giving them more buying power, better access to cutting-edge technology, and operational know-how.
